Most pages about choosing a digital marketing agency Larnaca owners can trust list services. We would rather show you our working. Below are the six checks our audit runs on Larnaca sites, framed around the sectors that live off the airport and the seafront: car hire, transfers, hotels and holiday rentals, with what we would do about each finding.
Every issue is one we see regularly on Cypriot sites, and the audience is real: in the Statistical Service of Cyprus census, "Population of Larnaka (Larnaca) District (CYSTAT Census 2021, 1 Oct 2021)" was 155,765, and "Urban-area population of Larnaka (Larnaca) District (CYSTAT Census 2021, 1 Oct 2021)" was 90,397. For clarity, Arb Digital serves clients in the Republic of Cyprus remotely from Pakistan. We keep no office, phone line or staff in Larnaca.
Finding one: the mobile site is too slow for arriving travellers
Picture a traveller who has just landed, searching for car hire on a weak mobile connection while waiting at baggage reclaim. Many local car-hire sites take several seconds to show anything useful because of uncompressed photos, a heavy slider and third-party scripts loading before the booking form.
What we would do: compress and resize images, remove the slider, defer non-essential scripts and put the booking form at the top of the page. These are standard technical SEO fixes, and they help paid campaigns too, because a faster landing page wastes less of every click. Our explainer on Core Web Vitals describes the measures Google uses.

Finding two: three languages, no tags linking them
Larnaca tourism sites often have English, Greek and Russian pages, but nothing tells search engines they are translations of each other. As a result, Google sometimes shows the Russian page to English searchers and buries the Greek one.
What we would do: add hreflang tags across every version, fix the language switcher so it links to the matching page rather than the home page, and give each version its own title and description. We write the English copy ourselves and supply keyword research and briefs for the Greek and Russian versions, which native writers then complete. We do not offer Greek or Russian copywriting.
Finding three: an incomplete Google Business Profile
Larnaca's car-hire market is crowded, and the map results decide many bookings. Profiles we review often have the wrong primary category, no service-area details, no recent photos and unanswered questions from customers.
What we would do: correct the category, add accurate hours including any airport delivery times, upload real photos of the fleet and office, and answer every question publicly. Then we would set up a simple, honest routine for asking each customer for feedback after a rental. Our local SEO service covers this work for businesses across the town, from the marina to Aradippou.
Finding four: tracking that fires before consent
Many sites show a cookie banner, but analytics and advertising tags load the moment the page opens, whatever the visitor chooses. That is a common fault, and in the EU it is a real problem. The ePrivacy Directive says any cookie that is not strictly necessary must wait for the visitor's yes, and the GDPR requires a lawful basis for the personal data that tracking collects. The Commissioner for Personal Data Protection supervises this in Cyprus, and the European Data Protection Board sets out the shared EU view on valid consent.
What we would do: reconfigure the consent platform so tags wait for agreement, connect it to Google Consent Mode, and test the result in a clean browser. We are not lawyers, so legal questions go to your adviser.
Finding five: customer feedback that would not survive scrutiny
Homepages we check often display glowing quotes with first names only and no indication of where they came from. Since May 2022, the Omnibus changes to EU consumer rules have banned fake or commissioned endorsements and requires businesses to explain how they check the feedback they publish. The Commission's consumer protection sweeps have looked at exactly this kind of display.
What we would do: remove any quote whose origin cannot be shown, link to the platform where genuine feedback is collected, and add a short note explaining how it is gathered and checked.
Finding six: paid search with no idea where bookings come from
Finally, many smaller operators run Google Ads accounts set up years ago in which conversions are not tracked, so nobody knows which keywords produce bookings. Budgets are spread evenly across every country, including markets that never convert.
What we would do: set up conversion tracking for bookings and calls, split campaigns by source country, add negative keywords and review search terms weekly. After a few weeks, budget moves towards the markets and phrases that actually book. Our Google Ads management follows that pattern for every client.
How a digital marketing agency Larnaca businesses hire from Pakistan works day to day
Larnaca's clocks read UTC+2 through winter and UTC+3 under summer time, while Pakistan holds UTC+5 all year. That puts us a three-hour step ahead from November to March and a two-hour step ahead from April to October. Translated, 9am to 6pm PKT means about 6am to 3pm on Finikoudes in the cooler months, then 7am to 4pm in high season: the full Cypriot morning is shared. Later calls are booked ahead. Reports and questions travel by email from [email protected]; every account stays yours. We bill monthly, accept bank transfer only, and a month's written notice ends the arrangement. For local events and member services, the Larnaca Chamber of Commerce and Industry is worth contacting, and our Cyprus guide and Paphos page cover the wider island.
