Arb Digital is an international digital marketing agency that works with companies far from Pakistan: retailers in Kuala Lumpur, software firms in Singapore, tradespeople in Auckland, consultancies in Nairobi, exporters in Colombo. This page is the starting point for those markets. It explains how a digital marketing agency for international clients actually runs day to day when the team sits in another country, which markets we cover so far, and what we will and will not promise.
We do not have offices outside Pakistan, and we will not pretend to. Every account is run remotely by our own team, with written briefs, shared reporting and calls placed where your clock and ours overlap. If that model suits you, the country guides below go into the detail for your market.
Why companies choose an international digital marketing agency
Most businesses that approach us are not looking for the cheapest supplier. They want specialist skills that are hard to hire locally at their size: someone who can fix the technical structure of an online store, run Google Ads on a tight budget without waste, and get the brand cited in AI answers as well as blue links. A small in-house team rarely covers all three, and a large local agency often starts at a retainer level a growing company cannot justify.
A remote team changes the cost structure, not the standard of work. The trade-off is that you will not see us in your meeting room. In return you get written plans, documented changes and reports you can check line by line. Many clients tell us they prefer that, because nothing depends on who remembered what was said in a meeting.
The markets this hub covers
We built country guides only where our research found real English-language demand for agency services and where clients can pay an overseas supplier by ordinary bank transfer:
- South-East Asia: Singapore, the region's main business centre.
- Oceania: New Zealand, including Auckland. Australia has its own hub.
Both markets share traits that suit a remote, written way of working: buyers who research online in English, mature Google Ads and Business Profile ecosystems, banks that handle overseas business payments routinely, and a culture of clear contracts. Singapore clients usually come to us for regional search and paid media across South-East Asia; New Zealand clients for local search, trades and exporters targeting Australia. More country guides will follow only where the same research supports them.
Markets where buyers mostly search in another language, or where sending money abroad is currently very difficult, are deliberately left out for now. We would rather say no than publish a thin page for a market we cannot serve properly.
How the working day fits across time zones
Our working day is fixed to Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5), weekdays only. What that means for you depends on where you are:
- Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines: we start at noon your time, so afternoons are for live calls and anything you send in the morning is answered the same day.
- Sri Lanka: only thirty minutes apart, so our days line up almost exactly.
- Kenya: we are online from 7am to 4pm Nairobi time.
- South Africa: from 6am to 3pm, so mornings and early afternoons suit live calls.
- New Zealand: we work while you sleep. You brief us during your day, and finished work and answers are waiting the next morning; short calls are booked at the end of your afternoon.
We never claim round-the-clock cover, and we tell you in advance when public holidays in Pakistan affect the schedule.
Services we run for overseas clients
The service mix is the same wherever you are, but the weighting changes by market:
- SEO and technical SEO for companies that depend on organic search, including multi-country sites that need clean hreflang and country targeting.
- Local SEO for service businesses that win work from Google Maps in one city.
- Paid search and Meta advertising, with budgets set and capped by you.
- Generative engine optimisation, so ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews can find and cite you.
- Social media and content where your buyers spend time.
Prices are shown on each service page in the right currency zone for your country, and every engagement starts with a written scope.
Data protection rules differ by country, and we plan for that
Each market in this hub has its own privacy and electronic-marketing law: Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act, Singapore's PDPA and Spam Control Act, New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 and Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act, the Philippine Data Privacy Act, Kenya's Data Protection Act, South Africa's POPIA and Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act. They share a core idea: collect only what you need, be clear about why, and respect people who ask you to stop contacting them.
In practice that shapes how we build email lists, tracking and retargeting audiences for you. Each country guide names the rules most relevant to that market. We are marketers, not lawyers, so for anything that turns on a legal interpretation we will ask you to check with your own adviser.
Paying an overseas agency without friction
Every invoice states one clear currency, and settlement happens through an ordinary international wire into our company account in Pakistan. There are no card surcharges and no third-party payment apps. For most of the markets in this hub, paying a foreign supplier for business services is routine; your bank may ask for the invoice and a short description of the service, which we provide on every invoice.
After any minimum period agreed in writing, the contract rolls on monthly with 30 days' notice, so you are never locked into a long commitment just to try a remote team.
What a first three months usually look like
The opening quarter follows the same pattern in every country, adjusted for local search habits. In the first two weeks we audit your site, ad accounts and analytics, confirm what a valuable enquiry or sale is for you, and fix any tracking that cannot be trusted. Without reliable measurement, every later decision becomes guesswork.
Weeks three to eight are about the fastest wins: technical problems that hold back crawling and indexing, the handful of pages closest to a sale, a tightly limited paid campaign where it makes sense, and a complete Google Business Profile for clients who serve customers in person. By the end of the third month there is enough data to decide which channel deserves more budget and which should be paused.
Throughout, you receive written updates after each working session and one consolidated report each month. Nothing is changed in your accounts without a note explaining why, which matters when the people doing the work are several time zones away from you.
Before any proposal we look at your site, search visibility and ad accounts and tell you plainly where the opportunity is, or if there is not much of one. Our guide to running an SEO audit shows what we check. If we think a local agency in your city would serve you better, we will say so. Use our contact page to request that review at no cost, tell us which country you sell in, and expect a written answer within one working day of Pakistan time. If your market is not yet listed here, ask anyway: we will tell you honestly whether our research shows enough English-language demand there for us to be useful, and if not, we will say so rather than take the work.
